Dr. DaSilva is a medical doctor from Valencia, Venezuela who has been working with Dr. Afshari June 2020-June 2022. She completed a Neurology residency at Saint Louis University in July 2022. Currently she is at Northwestern as a Neurooncologist.
Ruth V. Maldonado, MD
Dr. Maldonado is a medical doctor from Valencia, Venezuela, who has been working with Dr. Afshari March 2021-June 2022. She started Neurology residency at UCLA Harbor in July 2022.
Jake Sveum
Jake was with the practice from 2020-2021 before starting medical school at University of Wisconsin-Madison 2021. He started Orthopedic Surgery residency at the University of Kansas in 2025.
Grant Williams
Grant was with the practice from 2019-2020, before starting medical school at University of Illinois-Chicago in the Fall of 2020. He graduated May 2024 and started Neurology residency at RUSH 2024
Nam Nguyen
Nam graduated from University of Illinois at Chicago in 2019 with a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience. He was with the practice from 2022-2024 before completing a Masters of Science in Medical Sciences. He will begin medical school at University of South Florida in July 2025.

Anthony Petrov
Anthony graduated from University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign in 2023 with a Bachelor of Science in Molecular & Cellular Biology. He plans on entering physical therapy school Fall of 2026. He is fluent in Russian.
